Download upto 400Mb

Please help me.

I am currently using MTNL's(Mumbai,India) Triband connection which uses ADSL Router giving broadband connection over telephone line. My connection type provides me 400Mb free data download per month and surfing is totally free. Connection is 256kbps.

I need to know that whether data transferred using chat messengers comes under download category or it is free(including voice chat & webcam).

Also if anything other than updates & downloads using managers come in download category.

As far as I know, 400MB is the total Data Transferred. This is inclusive of both upload and download. Chatting, browsing, Emailing.... all add up to the permitted limit.
