Download Program

Hi Folks, I'm looking for a safe and easy to use program that will enable me to "program" a specific TV program to download at a certain date/time. My ISP allows free download time (relating to size) from 2am to 5am but I can't be up at that time to watch anything. I've been told there are programs that allow you to do this and are not illegal. Thanks to all.

What's the source?

Such a program would depend entirely on the source of the video content. List the website, network, etc. you would access it from if you were doing it manually at that hour and we can help you automate that task.
