While http://www.devarticles.in/miscelleneous/resume-download-of-part-extension-file-in-firefox/ is interesting I no long bother with such today. I'll start Chrome or even IE and get it done.
In parting, did you reset Firefox? Link to follow.

Hello Everyone,
Using W.7, Ultimate; Ms. Offfice 2010. (Desktop PC)
(1) I have had APLI Master 6 for Word (Label Programme) for some years and a few days ago it stopped accepting text on the label-writing page.
Nothing corrected this failure, so I removed the programme and tried to download it again from Apli.
I could only download a part file no matter what I did.
I tried disabling my anti-virus programmes and adblock plus programme but all failed to allow it to be downloaded completely.
I contacted APLI who gave me a direct-download link, but the same thing happened - only a part file was downloaded.
I have a laptop, so I put the direct download into the browser and it immediately enabled it to be downloaded.
I copied the file to a memory stick and then opened it on my desktop pc and copied it to my desktop.
Having clicked it, it installed with no problem.
Whilst I am happy with the result, and that these details may well assist someone on this forum with the same problem, I would seek an Answer/Guestimate to the reason for the part file only being able to be downloaded, and what I might be able to do to allow it in the future.
(2) I also was unable to access CNET Forums and enter to ask a question through my bookmarked link or through the internet.
Once again, I opened CNET Forums on my laptop and copy-and-pasted the link to a word document and did the same as I did for the above download problem, the result is that I am now writing in the forum!
My question is, WHY?!!
There must be something causing this on my Desktop PC.
I have done scans with AVG Free, SuperantiSpyware and Malwarebytes - the results were no malware, the only thing noted were a few cookies.
Regards,
Colinito.
