General discussion

Download one browser for another

I'm thinking about switching from IE7 to Firefox 2.
Do I need to download Firefox first before I uninstall IE7?

Also the reason was this was recommended to me since i have a problem trying to send email from certain web sites. Right after I dropped MSN (dialup) to Bellsouth (DSL), I noticed that I can't in certain cases send an email to my friends. I keep getting an error message.
On the top left of the box it shows RunDLL - then the message.
Error loading C: programfiles\msn\msnshared files\mailapi.com
Any ideas if going to firefox will fix the problem?
Thanks

You don't have to uninstall IE if you want to install FF.You will need to keep IE for windows updates.Click HERE to down load FF.

Maybe you are having problems with e-mail is cause you switched from dialup to dsl.You might have to configure outlook express for dsl.

rundll is a dialup helper. Reconfigure your setup for DSL. Call your ISP for help.

Thanks Tom for your input. I was afraid you would mention outlook. I use the Bellsouth web mail. Do you recommemd going to outlook express instead?
