Download of Safari 4.0

I downloaded Safari 4.0 and had it working but now i cannot open it . It keeps taking me through the same process of configuring it and through the agreements over and over again. How do i get this working again ?

If you have Safari 4 in your applications folder and it still does this, then delete the Safari preferences file that you will find in your home folder.
Yourname\library\Preferences\com.apple.safari.plist

Throw is in the trash and then open Safari. You may have to do the agreements one more time but that "should" fix it.
