Things that aren't clear from your post:
- what in your version of "home and business" is missing compared with the full or complete version of "home and business"
- what "click to run" means

Anyway, http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/buy/ lets you buy it. So I assume that is what you're looking for.

i own MIROSOFT OFFICE 2010 HOME AND BUSINESS, I had a trial and then after purchased ms office. i own the product key. when i initiall download ms office of microsoft website it wasnt the full version of microsoft office it was there new click to run software which operates like a cloud scheme kinda think. the file i downloaded was like a few MB's and not like 600MB. The software that I have that syncs my android phone to my ms outlook to "THE MISSING SYNC" software...there is a error in installing that software that tell me that my "click to run ms office" isnt supported and i need the complete or full office. hopefully i was able to clarify any misnomers. Happy

Click To Run
Aug 4, 2011 1:31AM PDT

You did download the wrong thing but it's hard not to download click to run.
You did pay for the right thing, it's just that Microsoft is making it harder and harder to use their software because of their fear of people stealing their software.

Paying more for a version with a disc is an option but you shouldn't have to pay more and if you already bought it, then you don't need to buy it again.

There is a place on Microsoft's site that has a Full version of 2010,
I'm actually trying to find it right now and found this.

For Kees_B: Click to run is a version of 2010 that lacks the ability for add-ons (like google app sync, etc) and other features and is simply for using Office 2010 and not much else. It's misleading to offer this version and wastes a lot of time trying to uninstall click to run and dig up the real version on the internet.
