Download difficulties

Dec 4, 2010 1:56AM PST

I have been able to download the software The Weather Channel Desktop and click run but when it says to click the the I accept button, I cannot see that anywhere on the screen. It's missing from my screen. I'm using Firefox browser. I deleted it and downloaded it again and used IE this time; same thing, no I accept button on my screen. What next? Would really like to use this on my laptop; have it on my blackberry and love it.

Do you mean downloaded from Download.com?

This one?

If not you are in the wrong forum as this is the feedback forum for Download.com files.

If so, then please tell us more. What OS, (Operating System) are you using, and what is the screen resolution? I'm thinking that the Accept button is there, but if you have a very low screen resolution it may be off-screen at the bottom.

Can you post a screenshot of what you see?

You can upload the screenshot to a free service such as imageshack.us and then post the link to the screenshot here. After launching the installer, I see both Deny and Accept buttons, so I'm curious what is displayed for you and, more specifically, in what way the installer is failing.

P.S. Once downloaded, your browser has no effect on the program's installation.
