1.) You'll want to repost your question in the download.com forum where it will be seen by download.com staff...they don't visit Forum Feedback.

2.) Keep in mind that the average response time is around 3 days, and the upcoming holidays complicates matters. Technical support personnel will still be around but likely short-staffed, so be patient. I'm sure they will get to your report as soon as they can.
