1. Try booting Safe Mode. Any change?
2. Go get SharpKeys and pretend you are resetting the keyboard map as if. Link follows:

Whenever I open up the start menu, or any other windows apps, there is a white box outlining a selection, and it's permanently going down the list. I've tried reinstalling my keyboard driver, using a different keyboard, and even running my PC with no keyboard altogether, and I've turned sticky keys off and on, but whenever I open a windows application, there's always that white box outline going down the list. I'm running Windows 10 64bit, and I have an Asus b450-i motherboard with a r6 2600. Any ideas on how to fix this?
