doubts about outlook 2003

hi there all. im working for small firm and they are using outlook 2003 for intracommunications and external and such. they want me to create in the lan server, folders where all the messages, mail directions and such get archived, so everybody can acceed with his pc to every mail, and every direction, and so on. i have never seen outlook 2003 so don?t have a clue about that is possible or not (i have readed that yes, but cant confirm)

anybody can explain it to me a bit about the real chances i have to implement this system, and the difficulty of it ?

However, most end up taking classes on Windows Server and Exchange administration. As you can imagine, this small space can't hold the information you need, but I can note you'll want to take the classes and read the books to be able to do this.

So, yes, it's all possible.
