Clarification Request
Why do you post this in the Android forum?
Aug 2, 2012 7:48AM PDT

c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\temp definitely looks like Windows Vista or 7.

Since you don't tell what you do, we can't tell what you do wrong. Probably you do it allright, but something is wrong.

But since you didn't tell where you downloaded it from, what you downloaded, what the installation instructions are, what you do, what the FAQ on their site says or their customer service (if it's a paid program) say about this problem, it's impossible to say what's wrong.

That's just some windows install error and not specific to this app. You may want to try the CNET Computer Help forum and tell a lot more detail. Sometimes it's that damage from a recent virus, to heavy antivirus protection to permission issues.

I may upset folk when I write it does not look to be an issue with that software.

I also have had problems just like you. I understand that there are two possible problems are:
1. The package you downloaded it breaks down.
2. Your internet connection is not synchronizing with your download.
But how I solve problems like that I downloaded the file and I reinstall it again. And several times I tried eventually.
