Double "My Computer"

Win XP, SP2.
Just started today, when I place the mouse to the left border of the monitor, a white strip drops down showing everything that's in "My Computer", drives etc.. When I move the mouse away from the border, it goes away.

I've never seen this before. Anyone have any ideas how to stop this?

Right click on this toolbar - Toolbars - uncheck My computer

Not sure how and where this tool bar was made.
I can't duplicate it.
