Dos Program on a Tablet?

I have a personalized program which works on Dos I am wondering if there is any way it could work on a ipad or other tablet????????

There are now Windows 8 Pro tablets

That I can open a DOS window. It's really cmd.exe but given the few Windows 8 tablets out there, I can't list them all but the Asus T100 and Dell Venue are top of my lists. As to the Ipad I'd have to research.

A lot of DOS-programs don't even run in Windows 7, especially games relying on extended memory and such.
