Question

doro basic mobile

Jan 5, 2015 12:15AM PST

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the answering phone facility. I do not want to have messages left as my provider charges to much to retrieve them. My model is the basic, large button type, no extras, just a phone.

I let the voice mail box fill up and left it that way.

Are you sure the messages are left in the phone, and not in the big computer of the provider? In that case, you have to turn it off there. If you don't know, and can't find it in the manual of the phone, ask the providers customer service or look on their website.
