I no longer subscribe to newpaper delivery service but

I do remember when our local paper moved Doonsbury from the comic section to the editorial page. I did see an article about the Texas versus DC issue with the Lone Star losing some Medicaid funding due to some federal compliance issue but I don't have enough background in this one to know what my position might be. I was waiting for that one to land in SE so I could get the real skinny on it. Devil
