Don't Buy Samsung

I purchased five major Samsung appliances for a new kitchen/Laundry. The refrigerator came with a defective ice maker. It was repaired by a Samsung "licensed" appliance service man. Two weeks later, the hinges on the dishwasher failed - and they were repaired. Two years later - after only 40 uses (and out of their one year warranty) as the kitchen was in a summer vacation home - the hinges on the oven broke so the door would not open. The Samsung appliance repairman was booked for a month. I found another who came out the next day. Samsung will not pay him because he was not an authorized Samsung repairman -even though the only one they authorized was booked out for a month. Samson does not stand behind their products, and their products are poorly built.
