Your link would be about the San Francisco laws being changed to where the people can no longer go naked through the streets and in the restaurants except for 'special parades'........LOL I wonder where Pelosi was during the protests that went on in one of the courtrooms there in her voting district.........I take that back....with her permanently frozen face from Botox injections and surgeries, I don't think I would want to see the REST of her.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
