Question

Doing the update on a Samsung ES60UN8000

Dec 10, 2012 7:49PM PST

I bought the ES60UN8000 a little over a month ago - worked great first day did the update and boom.... nothing cycling on and off, vertical bars on the TV, they came and changed a board, did update and boom.. same thing they came and replaced another board, did update boom.... same thing - they are now replacing the TV - had it for a month watched maybe 6 hrs of TV. But I am afraid to do the update - now I paid $3000 for this dang TV - anyone know of any issues like that? I have my verizon box going into a Denon receiver for picture and sound and then to the TV but that is how I had my old TV - any known issues with that???
Please email me if you have any responses to this
