Doesnt work

i tried system restore and recovery but doesn't work

I dont want to open up my computer because i have no skills at it, i might mess it up evenmore.

anoter reason is that my problem was cause by using the wrong firmware for my lite-on sohw 822s. i used a lite-on sohw832s firmware.
