Does WordPerfect 12 have a reminder or calendar program?

If so, how do I get to it? Thanks, grandpaw

Nothing like that to be found ...

in the product descriptions at www.corel.com.

But you can get different calendar templates to print your own monthly calender to put on the kitchen wall.

If you need such a program, I'm afraid you will have to look elsewhere.

Hi Grandpaw

I notice you're still looking for a Calendar. Is this for your desktop?

If so, I "may" have found an answer for you.

I use an imaging program called Graphic Workshop from Alchemy MindWorks. They do other software as well, and have informed me today of a new product they have issued, called Pagan Daybook 3. Don't worry too much about the name, Alchemy MindWorks is a bit of a quirky company and quite humerous at times. Presumably Pagan Daybook 3 means there was a 1 and a 2, but I've not seen it before.

It's a desktop calendar and also a screen saver if you want it to be. They say; "Pagan Daybook 3 features an extensive database of listings -- with five or six thousand years of civilization to draw on, it has at least one observance for every day of the year -- full color graphics, an integrated screen saver, animation, user-configurable entries, selectable themes and various bits of magick. "

Although it's free, (shareware), Alchemy MindWorks normally put a splash screen on their unregstered software when you open the software up, but that goes after you click it, or after a second or two.

It's fully customizable apparently. Meaning you can add your own entries.

If you're interested, have a look here;

I haven't tried it myself, but I am thinking about it. I'm tempted.

Actually, I was looking for a reminder program that could slap me in the face in order to remind me of an event, etc. But I'm satisfied with the reminder program in MS Works along with a program called ShootMeAnEmail program that does just that as a reminder. Now, if I can just remember where I put my computer...;. grandpaw

OK Grandpaw.

If I find anything that can slap you in the face, I'll let you know.

Reminder program

Has anyone found a "slap-me-in-the-face" reminder program yet. I have been looking for one since I changed over to thunderbird email. I found the Outlook calendar very good, but prefer Thunderbird.

Have you tried Mozilla's Sunbird?

Sunbird

I downloaded the programme and tried to install it, but it came up with a message "Installer corrupted: invalid code". So I deleted what I had downloaded, and did it again, but the same message came up. I tried again, after deleting the installer, and removing the sunbird folder from my programme folders, then restarting my computer, and beginning all over again, but the same message came up, so will try Mozilla and see what they have to say.
Thanks anyway for the link.
