Does Windows7 64 bit version run my 32 bit apps like QuickBk

Our Dell Optiplex died! We want to buy a power office machine, considering HP Pavilion Elite HPE-120F . Will Windows7 run all our favorite old 32 bit apps like QuickBooks? Will Windows7 migrate our prior software installs or do we need to reinstall and authorize all our old 32 bit apps?

It will depend on which version. The older your version, the less chance it will work. As for whether or not a simple upgrade will migrate software will depend on what your current OS is. It's supposed to be ok with Vista but no XP. XP requires a clean re-installation which means reinstalling all programs as well.
