Does Anyone Make a 90 Degree Plug for Dell Inspirion E 1705

Sep 27, 2009 12:48AM PDT

Ok everybody who has a Dell Inspirion for more that a few months knows very well what a picec of junk the ac converter plug is. We replace ours about every 3 months when it internally breaks the wires inside the plug to the motherboard.
I notice my Acer has a 90 degree plug that really helps take the strain off the plug when sitting in someones lap such as ours usually is. There really is no cure for the headaches of the Dell but does anyone make a charger compatible with the Dell that has the angle plug? We are on charger number 5 or 6 now and getting sick of the constant headache while waiting for it to wallow out the jack enough so that fails as well. Dell Inspirion = REAL PIECE OF JUNK.
