Does anyone know how to get rid of an administrative folder

Dear All,

Does anyone know how to get rid of an administrative tools folder that pops up on boot up on Win XP Home? I have tried goggling this issue, but with no luck.

Any ideas?

Take a look at . . .

Start, Programs, Startup. If it's there, remove it.

Take a deeper look with a power tool.

If it's not readily evident in some startup group I go get HIJACKTHIS (google that) and research each line in the report. I usually find it and using this POWER TOOL can make it go away.
