Does anybody use or can give me more info on this router

It says i can connect one computer directly through an easy-to-use and efficient plug-and-play USB interface, does this mean i can connect a USB directly to the router or am i misunderstanding?

Since it seems i can't make a network without an Ethernet cable, could i use a usb/ethernet adaptor instead or it not work?
