Does any one know what to do for this

i replaced my power supply and now i get disk boot error and i just gotthis new os and hard drive i downloaded it b4 i got the power supply when i put in the usb and the code for os it says and i get The computer started using the windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart you computer so that windows starts normally then insert the installation media and restart the upgrade. it was working fine till my psu went south, iv tried 2 different hard drives both same thing. Im pretty sure it has to do somthing withmy cmos mabe not quite sure. Iv looked in my bios and reset everything to default it didnt work at all really need help please and thank you!

About the CMOS settings.

I start with defaults, then set the date and time and usually that's all I ever need to change.

Your post is incomplete and may be a duplicate so be sure that when you duplicate, all the information is present as well as you get your other post closed.
