It's your PC so you know if you need those enabled. You can always turn them back on later.
This is the second time I'm asking this. All of my previous post were deleted.
I have Avira Antivirus. It was disabled on my computer by someone who configured my computer for remote access and file sharing. They then corrupted my laptops. Three of them.
I downloaded a new copy of Avira and installed it when I discovered that it had been disabled and I was unable to do anything.
After installing Avira I activated Online Shield VPN. When I did Avira downloaded Steganos Online Shield to my computer. I installed and activated it. Because I like what it was suppose to do I bought full protection.
I had disabled all remote access in Computer Management Services and blocked Remote Access and file sharing in Windows 10 Firewall because I have been remotely accessed by a stalker for years.
After Steganos installed I noticed that Remote Acess was enabled in Services and Remote Access and File Sharing were unblocked in the firewall.
Does a VPN need remote access to protect my wifi network which Windows setup as a Public Network.
