Dodgy Messages

When I'm watching Netflix on my Samsung TV I get these weird messages like: "Thank you Kadir"; "Felt like the right time"; "I know it's mad to come a long way to meet someone you've never met before"; "Obviously we've never met before. You could be Jeffrey Daumer". It's annoying. How do I get rid of these messages? Anyone else have that problem? I only have it on one of my Samsung TVs. The other one doesn't do it. Netflix says they've never heard of it happening.

No, it actually looks like subtitles at the bottom of my screen. But it's somebody else's conversation.

When CC is on and the feed failed. Turn off CC in both TV and cable box or other source.
