Document Search Software

Apr 11, 2005 8:49AM PDT

Hi

I have a lot of word and .txt files on my computer, there are too many and i don't want to open and search them looking for the information i require, that would take too long. Anyway, does anyone know of any software which searches all the .doc and .txt files on your PC for words (like a desktop search) but it has to be for win98 SE

For example if i wanna find an e-mail address of a friend i noted in a .txt file, i can use this application and it will search and find the results and display them.

Any ideas? hope this helps

Thanks
