Document, Picture, and Music foler

I have recently upgraded to windows vistas home premium and unlike a lot of users I like how vista sets up a document, picture and music folder and includes these folders in the startup menu; however, I would like to add a video folder to these other three folders but I can not find how to do this. When I create a new folder titled videos it does not display the same icon as the picture folder and it does not display in the startup menu.

Is there any way to do this. To clairify, is there anyway to create a folder just like the document, picture, and music folder and acts the same way has the same sort of icon as these folders and is displayed in the the start menu.
