Do you want to get out of the console game do it like sony

Feb 21, 2006 10:45AM PST

I don?t understand if im Sony and I losing money on the product are usually my cash cow like TVs and then I can out with the psp but there are hardly any good games out for the system and then I found out that the movies for the psp aren?t selling good what do I do. Well if yours Sony you do this you stat a new format war about optional media and you pick then one that is heavily in drm and that?s going to require you to get new hardware and ooo did we mention that they are no drives build yet so all the drives are going to be first gen. So when analyst comes out and say that the ps3 with that boomerang control will cost around $900 who does Sony think will buy it. Do they know who there consumer is because if they think that any parent in they good mind will shell out 900 for they child to play video games on it they are really kidding themselves. So this is what Sony will do they will release the ps3 it wont sell and they will have to so some restructuring and they will decided to close the video games division or they will team up with Nintendo to help then either with the hardware or they will help get developers to made game for them.

No offense, but....

Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation are your friends. Your post is hard to read as it is.

Anyways, I see what you're getting at here. Sony does seem to be doing a bunch of strange things all at once, although I wouldn't count on them partnering with Nintendo in any way, shape, or form in the future. Too much bad blood between them, methinks.
