Do you know about EICFG. removal tool

i have the tool. i open with WINRAR but i don't know how to do it. ihave to remove that file from my WINDOWS download, so i can install 7 ultimate. ( i have the key)if you know please tell me step by step , because i am a begginer, who try to learn.

This is known as a crack or such to get around the license system.

Forum policies forbid discussions about such.
