I called customer service after being told there was a problem with my order. First they said they don't stock that camera any longer because it is discontinued (Nikon D200). I told them that can't be right because they advertise a lot of differen't packages with that body. They put my in touch with someone else who said that they have had several complaints and returns of the lens I wanted in my package (the Nikkor 18-200 dx with VR)so they verbally talked my into a differen't package with 2 lenses (18-55 and 55-200) saying they were much higher quality and worth much more money...and thus the package price was much higher. The package # they were selling me however was not available for viewing on-line so I made a decision based upon their verbal assurances that I was getting a much higher quality package. Upon receipt of the products it was clear that I looked these lenses up on-line and they, combined, aren't worth as much as the original lens I wanted and I was charged even more for the package, rather than less. In all I think I was ripped off over $700.00. BUYER BEWARE - This company has no ethics and had no interest in resolving this issue with their customer service group. I filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT give this company any of your business!
