As I suspected it is a scam, is not it?
I read other unfavorable reviews on the E-commerce department took the risk and ordered a Galaxy S9 on Black Friday for $200.00 off. It was shortly before midnight. I discovered a typo in the delivery address. I called immediately and was told to cancel the order, re-order and then call and I would be credited the $200 difference. I was given a ticket number. Five phone calls, 3 emails, two customer service tickets later, I was told to eat the $200 . I then ordered a return label and someone reached out to me saying they will go to a hire up and process the refund. In actuality, they want me to miss the return deadline so I am stuck with a bill and likely won't have any phone at all. It's been three days and no one has responded with the credit verification. The department is outsourced to another country and my guess is they all work on commission.
