Do i upgrade my pc

is it worth to upgrade my pc, and if so are my motherboard capable of optimal performance running new hardware.

Processor: Intel Core i7-870
Motherboard Model: MSI P55-GD85 (MS-7585)
Ram: 16GB PC3 12800
Grafik Kort: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 570

I Play games and stream video,
when i played Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor i got some very bad lag.

So good CPU, GPU and ample RAM. Those games sound like INTERNET speed can matter so I doubt it's your PC.

Faster GPU should help and maybe a gigabit modem, router and
