The card reader is a good idea, I use one instead of connecting the camera to my computer.

The filter is used to protect the lens from scratches.
Some people use them and some don't.
Up to you.

The bag is not necessary but good for keeping everything together.
Take a look at WalMart, they have a good selection of camera bags.

The extra battery seems unnecessary, unless you are a professional photographer. The battery that comes with the camera will let you shoot all day on one charge.

A memory card is necessary and the price shown is OK for that card.
I doubt that you need that much capacity.
That will hold well over one thousand pictures.

The cleaning kit is OK and priced OK.
