I author some apps and I had this call come in that my app doesn't work with a mouse. I thought this strange since my apps don't do anything that could interfere with a mouse.
Turns out the mouse didn't work from the time the machine booted to when our app launched. The customer insisted that we fix their machine since they wanted to use our app.
More to this story is that they had just built the machine and the mouse never worked.
Maybe something is amiss with 9.2 but there are a lot of machines with malware and front USB ports that don't work. Folk are desperately seeking solutions and will blame anyone to get their machines fixed.

The latest iTunes update, 9.2, has resulted in an awful lot of people being unable to sync their devices on many different OS platforms. 9.2 also has some gremlins in itself as the genre drop down menu no longer works and albums are often flagged as artwork-less unknowns even when all details have been filled. This update is bug ridden and needs to be superceded as soon as possible. A large number of people are calling for Apple to do something on the forums. Are they listening?
