DMI Update Problem

Ok so I replaced my old Abit motherboard with a DFI LanParty. When I boot up the computer it goes through the normal process, but then when it SHOULD say Verifying DMI Update....Success Backing Up CMOS....Success

Well that just never comes up and after a few seconds it reboots and does it all over again. If i go into the BIOS and fiddle around with the menus but dont change any settings it will eventually decide to boot up and i DO get the DMI and CMOS Backup texts, then everything boots fine.
