monsterpuppy,
1. You can reboot the TV by, with the TV powered ON, hold down the EXIT button on the remote for 15 seconds until you are prompted to "Reset?", and choose YES and [Enter].
2. I'm not sure. Usually this can happen with corrupted files, or multiple MSC devices connected can cause this.
3. The maximum supported JPEG resolution is 15360x8640 pixels.

I have a problem and a question.
Problem: UN55B7100 displaying File Format Not Supported or very small (1x1 inch) jpeg photos from MediaSmart 490 server via DLNA. jpeg resolutions range from 43xx x 23xx pixels to 1600 x 800 and most have displayed correctly dozens of times before this.
I have rebooted the MediaServer and re-confirmed resolution of the photos and proper display on other DLNA devices. I have connected from the TV to another DLNA server and the same conditions exist.
Questions:
What is the proper way to reboot the Samsung TV?
What are other possible causes of Not Support File Format?
What is the maximum jpeg photo size that can be correctly handled by the Samsung B7100 TV?
Thank you for your help?
