.DLL Intialization Failed

Hi There,

I'm having a problem with my HP Pavilion 5000 series laptop. While i power up the pc is fine; however, when i shut down it comes up with the following:

TBPS.DLL INTIALIZATION FAILED

I have no idea what that means....please help! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its spyware

Part of the Websearch toolbar - get rid of it as its a nasty one - with spybot or ad-aware.
