No I haven't. I tried all over the Microsoft website & found nothing, and will now try your suggestion.

Where do you suggest I save the file to???

THANK YOU!

Try c:\windows\system if that's where you have Windows.

what if you have multiple DLL files missing

Good answer. What happens if you run a utility like Norton System Tools and it reports you have multiple dll files missing? Do you get all of them from this website you mentioned and plug them all into the \windows\system folder or will System Tools know where to insert them? Thanks.

Let me comment on Symantec's bugs.

The bug I reported years ago at http://www.bugnet.com/alerts/bugalert_010110.html is alive and well.

There are also bugs in other places in their software that has caused panic, concern and system damage as users scramble to "fix it."

That's all I want to write about that.
