The clue I see here is this line.
Rundll32.exe does NOT belong in the temp directory. This is a sure sign that some pest (virus, worm, spyware, other) has invaded the system.
If this was my machine, I'd look up and use HOUSECALL and EWIDO to eject all they find. I would empty the temp folders as well.
Talk about frustrating.
I have an new piece of USB hardware,it is a Tascam us-122. Basically an interface for audio (mics, guitar, whatnot).
I install the drivers, restart, and every time I connect the USB cable to the hardware I get:
