dlink router conectivety

Hi
installed D-Link 628 wireless router ran fine ti'll I put my Computer to sleep
Lost connection after wakeup
Tried everything to reconnect (uninstall,etc.) without success
Connection is fine on my other computers
Computer specs
ASUS G72GX 1TB HD., 6 GB, Mem, Windows Ultimate 64

They may have driver issues (my bet.) Your post looks very incomplete. I can't find if this is the old WEP or less wifi issue or if you looked for drivers at the Asus web pages.

Hi Bob
Connection was setup as WAP2 Personal and yes I have tried both driver updates and searched for new drivers on both microsoft and asus web sites both reported drivers are up to date
This Computer seems to have a keyboard problem also. I have pressed the adapter key
to turn it off now no amount off pressing will reconnect it

The laptop could connect to OTHER wifi spots but not at home!

Turns out the router was on channel 14 and that's a non_US channel. Changing the router to US settings fixed it.
