Hi,
I just brought a new DLink DSM-510 HD Media Streamer and the problem I am having is I can't get the device to be recognized under Windows Media Player 11. So I called DLink Technical Support and they told me to Try out Tversity so I used it and I was able to stream Music and Photos but when I tryed to add Videos in that were supported and I go to the device and the videos show up but for some reason it gets greyed out and when I tryed to play it won't play. So I decided to try to put the same file on a USB flash drive and I was able to play it but not when I try to stream it using Tversity and I thought the Tversity Software that I used didn't support the video file format and when I checked it support it but DLink recommended Windows Media Player 11 but I can't get it to recognize the device so I decided to call DLink Technical Support again and they said the device might be defective and they said to try it on another computer but I only have one laptop so I spend a couple of days trying to figure it out.
So if any of you out there can help me on how to get it working that would be great.
Thank You
