Good day!
The best way to get rid of your dizziness is to be aware in the first place.
-You should have to take a break every 20 minutes.
-Try to blink your eyes more. It allows you to rest your eyes.
-Ensure you have proper lighting in your worsktation. Adjust the screen brightness and contrast of your device.
-Clean your screen that will remove electrostatic particles emitted from the computer screen. Those particles can push dust toward your eyes, irritation and strain.
But I recommend you first to consult on your doctor. Make a check up appointment.
They could advice you some medication for your eyes. For the mean time, don't worry about what monitor can be used. Okay ![]()

Hope this will help your concern.
Hi!
I work as a programmer and last year I had big problems with dizziness. Acutally not during sitting in front of my pc but during walking, running ect. Even though my eye are ok (0.5 diopter) I got glasses and eye drops but this did not help. I needed 3 weeks away from the pc to get rid of the dizziness. Now working a lot it starts again.
My question is, whether it can be related to my monitor (Fujitsu E24T-7 LED) and if there are any monitors that are recommended in this situation? I already use f.lux but this does not help either.
Looking forward to get ideas, since this situation is really horrible for me.
Best regards,
ruedi
