Dissapearing Windows 7 Hard Drive

I recently installed windows 7 ultimate edition (x64) the first boot was fine with no problems. After i rebooted thought i tried to get into my secondary hardrive to find it was missing. The confusing part to me is that that hardrive was partitioned into 2 parts and only 1 of the 2 partitions is missing. I have tried rebooting and have checked the cables to the harddrive and still no luck. anyone who can shed light on this would be greatly appreciated
