However I guess you could write a script to make those changes and then launch the app. But this is something you as the support person must craft as you would have to support it.
This is under XP Pro SP3. I set up a machine at a customer's site and had to modify the settings on a particular program's display properties to get it to render properly. There was a second machine available and I got the settings from the second machine and applied them to the first machine. These settings were applied to the window after the program had opened by right clicking on the header bar of the window. But I cannot figure out how to apply these settings permanently even thought they are applied permanently on the other machine. These settings are having to be configured each time the program is opened. The context menu for the display settings for this window show about 6 or 7 settings and the changes required are to change the font to CP-Letter 15, uncheck (disable) Set Tool Bar to None, check (enable) Tab As Enter, and check (enable) Text For Editing. Can anyone help me apply these changes permanently to this program's startup window each time the program is started? I have looked and tried everything with which I am familiar and have been unable to solve this. Thanks for any help!
