Display Panel Fitting issue in hp EliteBook 2760p

When I bought this used EliteBook 2760p a few days ago, its display was fit to the full screen. But after I connected it to a monitor to extend the screen size, now the display of EliteBook is set as "Maintain Display Scaling". I see thick black border around display. And under the context menu of Windows desktop I see only this one option of "Maintain Display Scaling", there is no other option such as "Fit to Full Screen" or "Aspect Ratio" or anything similar.

I updated all the drivers but I don't get more options to make the display fit to the full available area of EliteBook screen.

How can I resolve this issue?
