Resolved Question

Display malfunction

Feb 18, 2018 12:50AM PST

I have a notebook of Asus. It's model 'X'. I m using it since probably 2013 or 2014. Suddenly it started some problems with it's display. Where the color should be white, there is sky blue turquoise color instead of white color. I just wanted to know is it any virus? Or any software problem? Or hardware problem? What should I do?

If it's the same in an external monitor, replace the motherboard (or buy another laptop).
If it's only on the internal monitor, replace the screen and/or the cable from the motherboard to screen (or only use it with an external monitor, or buy another laptop)
