When I see 1080 stretch off screen I have to adjust the TV, not the video mode.
My desktop is connected to my insignia tv, and just recently today turned it on to see this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjetZphoUOg.
The pc is connected using a dvi-hdmi cable, I have tried swapping ports and even the cable. As seen in the video with the resolution set to 1920x1080 it has no issues, but when I lower the resolution it starts to have the green flashing pixels. I originally had the resolution set to 1680x1050 with no issues.(1920x1080 was stretching off screen)
