display audio input type tz322

Wondering if anyone can tell me if the TZ322 can display what type of input (DD5.1, Stereo, etc) it is receiving from the OPTICAL IN.

I have my PS3 attached via HDMI to my Sony Bravia KDL46V4100 and am then outputting the audio from the OPTICAL OUT to the TZ322.

I've read that MOST HDTVs will NOT pass full DD 5.1 from HDMI to the OPTICAL OUT and will strip it down to 2-channel stereo. I'm MOSTLY sure that I am getting the 5.1 into the TZ322 (games/movies sound good from all 5 speakers) but since it doesn't display the input type I'm wondering if the signal is just being up-mixed from 2 channel to all 5.

I do have tech support call in to Sony for some info but don't get me started on that.....

Thanks

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
